**Refund and Exchange Policy**
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following items:
➢ Paint and stain products that have been tinted or customized
➢ Special order items, including window coverings, blinds, wallpaper, equipment, etc.
➢ Items that have been used, altered, or show signs of wear or damage
➢ Paint and/or stain products that have been frozen, weathered, or are otherwise unsellable
➢ Opened and/or used products
➢ Extension poles and poles
**General Return, Refund, and Exchange Guidelines:**
➢ Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of the original purchase.
➢ All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt.
➢ Refunds and exchanges require the customer’s name, phone number, reason for the return, and signature.
➢ Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise specified by Colour Sense.
➢ We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased from other Benjamin Moore retailers or other retail stores.
➢ If permitted by the supplier, a 25% restocking fee will apply to wallpaper, paint, and/or stain products.
➢ Prices for wallpaper and blinds or window coverings do not include measuring or installation fees.
➢ All purchases must be paid in full before leaving the premises.
**Damaged Goods Upon Receipt:**
➢ If product(s) are damaged or defective upon delivery, you must notify us within [2] days to arrange for a replacement or refund.
**Non-Refundable Fees:**
➢ Delivery, installation, and other service fees are non-refundable.
**Clearance, Final Sale and Mis-Tint Items:**
➢ All sales of clearance or final sale or mis-tint items are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Colour Sense reserves the right to limit or refuse returns at any time, for any reason.
